1.1 Hotel Services
This offer includes:
- Everyday refresh of the room. Extra cleaning can be ordered for a supplementary fee. Contact the Reception for more information.
- One change of bed sheets per week. One weekly full cleaning of your room, including a change of bed sheets.
- Wi-Fi, international, and national calls.
- Access to our rooftop for hotel guests.
- 24/7 access to our fitness center
1.2 Room Categories
- Base S (28 sqm): A studio with a Hypnos Elite SuperKingsize bed (180×200), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen table. Maximum capacity: 2 guests.
- Base M (30 sqm): A studio with a Hypnos Elite SuperKingsize bed (180×200), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen table. Maximum capacity: 2 guests.
- Base L (34 sqm): A studio with a Hypnos Elite SuperKingsize bed (180×200), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen table. Maximum capacity: 2 guests.
- Base XL (37 sqm): A studio with a Hypnos Elite SuperKingsize bed (180×200), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a four-man table, a sofa bed, and a separate working desk. Maximum capacity: 4 guests.
- Base XL+ (42 sqm): An apartment with a separate bedroom, a Hypnos Elite SuperKingsize bed (180×200), a sofa bed in the living room (160×200), and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Maximum capacity: 4 guests.
Failure to respect the maximum occupancy limits may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.
1.3 Cancellation Policy
1 to 6 nights:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before 6 PM on of the day of arrival.
- 1 night will be charged if canceled later, in case of no-show, or early departure.
7 to 28 nights:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before 6 PM on of the day of arrival.
- 2 nights will be charged if canceled later, in case of no-show, or early departure.
29+ nights:
- Free cancellation up to 6 PM, 7 days before the day of arrival.
- 3 nights will be charged if canceled later, in case of no-show, or early departure.
This offer is subject to availability. To guarantee your booking, we require credit card details (card number, expiry date, and name of the cardholder).
1.4 Guest Responsibilities
- Hotel room reservations are legally binding for both parties.
- Guests must provide accurate contact details when booking.
- Only registered guests may use key cards; sharing is not permitted.
- Maximum room occupancy must be respected. Exceeding the allowed capacity may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
- Guests must follow hotel rules and local regulations.
- Disruptions, disturbances, or danger to other guests or neighbors will not be tolerated.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause to the hotel.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction and a fine.
- Tampering with smoke detectors is prohibited and will result in eviction and a fine.
- The use of nitrous oxide gas is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction and a fine.
- Guests must respect hotel staff and fellow guests at all times.
- Photo identification must be presented at check-in upon request.
- Minors under 18 may only stay with a responsible adult.
- Failure to comply with hotel policies may result in expulsion without compensation.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings or guests displaying inappropriate behavior.
1.5 Obligation of the hotel
In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond the control of the hotel, is unable to provide the guest with a room that has already been booked and paid for, the hotel shall be entitled to provide said guest(s) with accommodation at another local hotel and at no extra charge. The hotel is obliged to inform the guest in question of such changes and arrangements without delay.
Pursuant to local legislation, the hotel is responsible for its guests and their possessions, but only to the extent that any damages or injuries are the result of intentional actions or negligence on the part of the hotel staff. If a guest should wish to claim such intent or negligence on the part of the hotel staff, said guest shall be required to prove such in each and every case.
In the event that a guest should wish the hotel to take on greater responsibility for valuables, the guest can request that the hotel accept such for safekeeping. The hotel is entitled to refuse such a request.
