I stayed at Base for a month for business travel, and had a wonderful experience with no issues. Cédric and the staff are extremely helpful and responsive, and wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. It is a quiet and well-maintained building, and the location is perfect in the Grancy neighborhood (6 minute walk to the train platforms, 15 min walk to Ouchy, 2 min walk to Parc de Milan, close to metro, 7 min walk to Coop grocery, 2 min walk to restaurants).
I would recommend Base to anyone traveling on leisure or vacation!

The staff was very helpful and did everything to make us feel like home. The hotel was clean and tidy,we loved our room and definitely we will be back again. Location is fantastic just 3 min from the train station. Recommend it to everyone who wants to have a unforgettable staying in Lausanne.

Excellent studio in Lausanne . So well situated , minutes from the station , the centre of the old town and about a 10 min walk to the lake. Cedric welcomed us and could now have been more helpful . Friendly and professional
